Crab legs were great. Menu said baked potato and I got the potato seasoned with the crab legs. Which they do do for the shrimp boil, but I just don't care for my potatoes like that. I asked for ranch on the side for my salad and they poured it on top. The lettuce itself was all white/core lettuce. Fried pickles were great. Hubby had the fried catfish and shrimp! He says hands down the best fried shrimp. He also loved that they were battered different from the catfish. Not many restaurants do that. Service was great, maybe need to hand out paper towels when customers order the boiled dinners
Down home place. Friendly staff and great variety on the buffet. (From fish to chicken fried steak to good gumbo!)
Wow! So lucky to have such a great seafood restaurant in Chappell Hill. The local lunch buffet is amazing that they have daily. We have been here for dinner and the buffet and both were great. Everything tastes really good. Not fancy on the outside but cute and clean in the inside. This is a must for all in the area and those passing thru on 290.
As a seafood lover ,We are lucky to have chain restaurant in this area by the Highway from Austin to Houston . It has an extensive menu. A lot of options for everyone like seafood ,steak , burgers , and especially they have lunch buffet as well. My friend had grill tilapias and shrimp, she said grilled fish and Shrimp were fantastic. Same goes with the seafood gumbo. It was soul satisfying. Fish all fresh , shrimp oyster scallop were flavorful with Tatar sauce. Generous food potion size. Service is efficient. Friendly and nice , Place looked classic , nice ! Totally recommend for all especially for travelers who passing there.
Great place for lunch, many options. They have food ready or you can order off the menu. There was a daily special menu as well.
